My BTO 2-room flat was done up by Bideas Creations and completed early Jan 2024 via a recommendation by my friend. It was a good reno journey for a first time owner. At the first site visit, we went through all the works that needed to be done. What I appreciate is the open communication with the workers. If there was something that they believe they could advise better, they will let me know – which is very important for first time owner. Our ideas might not be practical sometimes. At the end of the day, you decide as owner and Bideas will build accordingly.

We just took over our unit after almost 2 months of hard-work by Bideas team. Especially for “Superman” Ah Zhi leading his team onsite, we are extremely satisfied with their professionalism and dedication throughout the project. It came to the extent that when we are on the last day of handover, there was some degree of sadness as we had already some kinda bond with the team onsite. No project goes without any glitches but we were lucky enough we did not have any major mistakes and the minors ones were immediately and swiftly rectified by Ah Zhi team. The team at Bideas Creations is reliable, friendly and quick to respond to texts and messages. The carpentry materials and work done by the team is of good quality. After comparing prices and reviews from several carpentry services, I ultimately chose to hire Bideas for replacing my top-hung kitchen cabinet with AA track. Despite it being a small project, Samson readily accepted the job and patiently addressed all my inquiries. We even visited his workshop in Woodlands, where Samson and his team provided us with a brief tour. They introduced the laminate and hinges they use and explained the type of wood they utilize.
After the initial visit, Ah Zhi came onsite to take measurements. I must commend Ah Zhi for his expertise and professionalism. Beside the onsite measurement, he also patiently explained and sketched out how the cabinet would look. It’s evident that Samson has assembled a highly skilled team.
